FGS solenoid-driven dosing pumps are ideal for water treatment applications where precision, reliability and versatility are essential. The FGS range includes five models designed to meet different dosing requirements, from simple ON-OFF operation to advanced proportional control and integrated pH, ORP or chlorine management.
Constant ON-OFF dosing pump
Analogue solenoid dosing pump with adjustable stroke frequency from 0 to 100% or 0 to 20%. Ideal for standard dosing applications requiring simple and reliable operation. 230Vac power supply, IP65 protection and wall mounting bracket included.
Proportional dosing pump
Designed for operation proportional to a water meter signal or 4–20 mA input. It also supports ON-OFF operation with adjustable stroke frequency and level probe connection. Ideal for installations requiring dosing linked to process flow.
Multifunction dosing pump
Digital proportional dosing pump with timer programming, multilingual menus, flow sensor connection and level probe input. A more advanced solution for systems that require flexible programming and process integration. Available also in 12Vdc upon request.
Dosing pump with integrated pH/ORP control
Integrated controller version for pH or ORP measurement, with proportional dosing based on the selected value. Includes alarm management, electrode quality check, INHIBIT readiness, flow sensor and level probe connection.
Dosing pump with integrated chlorine control
Integrated chlorine controller with selectable probe type and multiple measurement ranges. Designed for applications requiring direct chlorine management with programmable alarms and dosing proportional to measured values. Available in 12Vdc upon request.
FGS pumps allow different flow rates to be achieved using the same pump, thanks to a built-in performance selector. This means the same unit can be adapted to plant requirements by increasing output when higher chemical demand is needed or reducing maximum flow for more precise dosing.
