ULTRAPUMP is FG Pumps’ premium range of motor-driven mechanical diaphragm metering pumps, designed for users who need high dosing accuracy, digital control, and remote connectivity in one solution. With integrated Wi-Fi, Cloud technology, smartphone management, and a responsive touch screen display on board, ULTRAPUMP brings performance and control together in a single platform.
The ULTRAPUMP series has been developed for applications where dosing accuracy, operational flexibility, and easy remote management are essential. Powered by a high-performance motor, the pump is designed to deliver stable and precise output regardless of operating pressure or motor RPM.
By simply connecting the pump to a Wi-Fi network, users can configure and manage the system through the Ultra Connection app, following a guided setup process designed to make commissioning and programming straightforward. The same attention to usability is reflected in the integrated touch display, created for real-time monitoring and intuitive navigation.
The ULTRAPUMP series includes two main configurations:
UPM – Multifunction
Designed for advanced dosing management across multiple operating modes and process conditions.
UPP – pH/ORP
Developed for applications requiring pH or ORP management, with electrode quality check included.
This structure makes ULTRAPUMP suitable both for general process dosing and for installations where measurement-based control is required.
A core strength of ULTRAPUMP is its user experience. FG Pumps built the system around both a mobile app and an integrated touch interface, allowing users to configure, monitor, and manage the pump locally or remotely.

For applications requiring the dosing of two different chemical products, the ULTRAPUMP family also includes a Duplex version. ULTRAPUMP DUPLEX maintains the same smart control philosophy, app connectivity, and touch display interface, while extending performance up to 2100 l/h depending on the model.
This makes the ULTRAPUMP platform suitable not only for single-product dosing but also for more complex systems that need two dosing lines within the same advanced control environment.
Selected FGM models are available with Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing remote monitoring and control via the Ultra Connection App.
